What is the return policy?

-Returns not accepted. For all or part of any lost, stolen or damaged items please contact carrier.

-Customer is responsible for asking to add insurance to shipping. Insurance is not automatically added and is at the cost of the buyer.

-The House of McCollum is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

-All items are described to the best of my ability. I do claim to be an expert in any area. All items are therefore sold as-is and information pertaining to any item is dependent of buyer to research and verify. Screen color might differ depending on screen.

Are any purchases final sale?

Purchases are final sale. Please contact us to inquire about an item with any questions before purchase.

-Cancellations are accepted unless item(s) has already shipped.

When will I get my order?

Items typically ship within 24 hrs for smaller items, however many factors including size, holidays and schedules can affect this. Items usually arrive 5-7 business days after package has been received by postal service.

Can I make payments?

Payments can be made over time for any item (or items) over $400.00. Please see the list of agreements and reach out to start your layaway process.

-1/3 down payment of total; first 1/3 of payment non-refundable
-3 payments made over 2 week intervals; alternatively half down/half in 2 weeks (1/3 of total non-refundable)
-Shipping, fees and taxes will be calculated at checkout for last payment received: unless free shipping.
-Once down payment is made, it is a contractual agreement to follow through with payment. If payment cannot be made then agreement can be canceled without notice and buyer will be refunded, minus 1/3 of total
-Invoice(s) sent through PayPal
-Sale prices or shipping discounts applied to shop after lay-a-way starts will not apply to item.
