1936 Signed Oil Portrait by Hans Simmerl

A stunning oil on canvas portrait done by Austrian artist Hans Simmerl, dated & signed 1936. Hans was an active artist who’s works range in subject. Birth/Death  1897-1965. 

Overall the portrait is in amazing condition. One of his best paintings, in my opinion. The rich colors and the attention to detail does not go unnoticed. The painting has craquelure present throughout. One spot of a possible paint touchup (please see photos).
