Vintage Japanese Lighters Pair

This set includes two Japanese vintage art deco pewter/silver/mixed-metal lighters. One is a genie lamp Evan's Peters lighter that is stamped "occupied Japan" on the bottom. The other is a poodle leaning against the case that has a lighter top one can remove to then fill with toothpicks. Upon investigation of the poodle lighter, it is possible that the lighter top might have been added separately or came as a package deal for a double use. I am unsure of which.
